I count myself very lucky that I found North Star for my project and that they were able to fit me in. I’ve done three renovations in the past and was lucky with them, but the expertise and execution by Wilson Perez and his crew blew away my expectations. Wilson’s obvious wide experience combined with his kind manner made me relax from the beginning. I appreciated that he suggested various solutions, and the way he organized the timeline and work with attention to the smallest details, often with suggestions that improved the final result. During the work, I thought of side issues that I assumed would have to be scheduled separately, but Wilson fit those in too, to my delight. The total price beat the competitors I had interviewed, but to me it was worth much more because of how easy and stress-free the process was.

My husband and I have known Wilson Perez for several years now, and we can’t say enough good things about the quality and consistency of his construction and plumbing talents. If you make a checklist of everything that’s important for excellence in these trades, Wilson has all of them – integrity, consistent skill levels across a broad range of projects, a strong work ethic, positive, agreeable demeanor and anything else you’d ponder that I haven’t mentioned.
